Tartufo Gouda is made from thermised cow’s milk (not pasteurised) and infused with thin strips of black summer truffles. Despite its strong truffle aroma, the cheese has a light, delicious flavour.
To enjoy it fully, take the cheese out of the fridge an hour before serving.
You can serve this cheese with fresh bread for cold appetizers or melt it for hot canapés.
