Burgundy snails ready to eat from French company Sabarot, simply empty the tin and rinse well under hot water before cooking the snails. These escargots can be prepared with the traditional garlic and parsley butter or added to dishes like vol au vent or pasta. Each tin contains 2 dozen snails.
