Rosette is a traditional French country-style salami made with lean minced pork, pork fat, spices, and a hint of garlic. Rosette de Lyon has a longer maturation period compared to traditional saucissons.
Great for serving sliced on a charcuterie board, in a sandwich, or with a raclette.
As this is a dry-cured sausage the weight may vary slightly.
