Extra fine Neuschnee (“New Snow”) icing sugar, 1kg. Dusting sugar that does not dissolve and can be sieved onto warm baked goods. This icing sugar can also be sieved onto products with fatty surfaces and for products which will be wrapped in foil. It does not melt when chilled and always remains white once applied to the baked goods.
