Enjoy these traditional merguez sausages, made with a carefully selected blend of seasoned spices for an irresistible kick. These spicy sausages which originated in North Africa are crafted with no pork, making them perfect for a variety of dishes. 

Each pack contains 18 sausages (50g each), ideal for grilling, barbecuing, or adding to classic dishes like couscous and tagine. Naturally gluten-free and suitable for freezing, they’re a must-have for any tasty feast.  

Ingredients: Beef 70% (EU origin), water, beef fat, mutton 5% (EU or non-EU origin), acidifiers: E326 (potassium lactate), E262 (sodium acetates), salt, dextrose, spices, aromatic plants, natural flavours, antioxidant: E301 (sodium ascorbate), colorants: beetroot red (E162), paprika extract (E160c). Vegetable casing: gelling agent: E404 (calcium alginate).
