This hearty, tomato-based soup, flavoured with herbes de Provence is made using fish caught off the coast of Brittany and is wonderful sprinkled with crisp croutons and a spoonful of rouille swirled through.
Le Grand Lejon, a firm based in Binic, a port on the Brittany coast, produces Le Pere Eugene products. Lobster bisque, aioli, toasted baguette slices, and much more are among their many seafood-based products and accompaniments.
This French fish soup is also available in a smaller, 460g jar.
