420g tin of La Belle Chaurienne duck cassoulet.
La Belle Chaurienne use authentic French recipes to make their famous cassoulets, and it is said that the cassoulet itself originated in the town where La Belle Chaurienne is situated, Castelnaudary, during the Hundred Years War in France.
This duck cassoulet is prepared with French duck meat, toulouse sausages and lingot beans.
Warm through in a saucepan or bake under the grill to brown slightly and serve with crusty French bread or mashed potato with seasonal greens.
