The 800g tin of La Belle Chaurienne confit duck will have 2/3 duck legs within and you can grill, bake or fry these until crisp. We also recommend using the extra duck fat to make roast potatoes, this French duck fat will really elevate the standard roastie! The 840g tin of tender lingot beans in a tomato-based sauce with goose fat will compliment the confit duck perfectly, but would also traditionally be served alongside Toulouse sausages too.
