Our Herbes de Provence pork saucisson is a dry-cured pork sausage coated with carefully chosen French herbs. It has a wonderful meaty texture and herby flavour.
Herbes de Provence are a classic component of French cooking and traditionally includes a mix of herbs and spices like fennel, marjoram, parsley, rosemary, tarragon, and thyme.
These traditional cured salamis are made by hand in the Auvergne region of France. Enjoyed as part as a charcuterie or cheese board, once sliced, these saucissons are best stored in the fridge, and we recommend allowing them to come to room temperature before eating to intensify their flavour.
