These traditional cured sausages are made by hand in the Auvergne region of France. Slice thinly and eat them just as they are or use them as part of your next picnic or dinner party. Once sliced, these saucissons are best stored in the fridge, and we recommend allowing them to come to room temperature before eating to intensify their flavour.

Black Pepper 160g:
Ingredients – pork meat, pork fat, salt, LACTOSE, skimmed MILK powder, WHEAT dextrose, natural spices, potassium nitrite, cracked black pepper. May contain traces of NUTS.
