Dry morels mushroom 50g resealable bag (contains stalks as well as morels of varying sizes). Use dried mushrooms to add a quick, umami, earthy flavour to many dishes like risotto, broths, pasta…Soak the dry mushrooms in boiling water for 7 minutes, drain then rinse 2 or 3 times and use as fresh mushrooms.
