Mixed variety of Luteus, Oyster and Black Mushrooms and Porcini (Ceps).
Use dried mushrooms to add a quick, umami, earthy flavour to many dishes like risotto, pasta, soups or broth… Soak the dry mushrooms in boiling water for 7 minutes, drain then rinse 2 or 3 times and use as fresh mushrooms.
