These French pound cakes are made in Brittany by Louis Le Goff, a traditional biscuiterie, with real butter and barn eggs.
Quatre-Quarts (“four-fourths”) butter cake makes an excellent afternoon snack sliced and enjoyed with a warm drink.
Ingredients: WHEAT flour (26.5%), whole EGGS (26.5%), sugar, concentrated BUTTER (21.5%), raising agents: diphosphates, sodium carbonates, salt, dextrose, preservative: potassium sorbate, acid: citric acid, colours: carotenes, flavourings (contains alcohol).
