Bleu D’auvergne 1.2kg

If you love French blue cheese, you’ll love Bleu D’auvergne. Produced in south-central France, this cheese has a creamy, smooth texture and a pleasant finish that’s not quite as overwhelming as other blue cheeses, such as Roquefort.

Bleu D’auvergne is extremely versatile. Like Roquefort, it’s a wonderful addition to salad dressings, sauces and tarts. You can also crumble it into salads or simply enjoy it alone. It pairs equally well with a sweet dessert wine and with a robust and fruity red. This Bleu D’auvergne is produced by the dairy cooperative Saint-Flour, founded in Auvergne in 1969.
