Biscuiterie de l’Abbaye Fines Galettes 125g

These galette biscuits, also known as ‘thin pancakes’ are thin, crispy biscuits made with Isigny PDO butter. To represent their Normandy heritage, Biscuiterie de l’Abbaye has adorned these biscuits with the two leopards of the Norman coat of arms. Galette biscuits are popular for their delicate, crunchy texture and buttery flavour. These biscuits are often enjoyed as a snack or accompaniment to tea or coffee. You could also use these biscuits crushed, as a base for cheesecake. 

Each pack contains four freshly sealed pouches, each with four buttery biscuits (Net weight: 125g).

Ingredients – WHEAT flour, Isigny PDO BUTTER 26%, sugar, EGGS powder, salt, skimmed MILK. May contain traces of nuts, soya and sesame.
