The andouillette de Troyes is a traditional sausage from Troyes, which has been celebrated as a gourmet French dish throughout the country since the 16th century.

Andouilette is a coarse-grained sausage made from the intestine of pork, and flavoured with pepper, wine, onions, and seasonings.  Each pack contains 8 sausages.

This historical French dish is primarily pan-fried, (sometimes coated in breadcrumbs first), and can also be boiled, grilled or even barbecued.

With its rich flavour, the andouillette offers a unique taste experience that is truly worth trying.

No artificial flavours or colours, suitable for freezing.

Ingredients: pork casing (intestine), pork stomach, onions, salt, MUSTARD (water, MUSTARD seeds, spirit vinegar, salt), spices, spirit vinegar, dried herbs, preservatives: sodium nitrite.
