With nearly 100 years of expertise, Menes’s master jam makers create this sweet and slightly sour jam, perfect for spreading or using in baking recipes.
Spread the French preserve on a baguette, or brioche. You could also incorporate the jam into cakes, pastries, and desserts. Add it to plain yogurt, crepes, or use it in a Swiss roll. You could also wrap the apricot pieces in puff pastry and crème patissière for perfect lunettes aux abricots.
